Weekend Coffee Share: Hello!

If we were having coffee, I would share with you how my week was, the awesome articles I stumbled upon on the inter-webs, the fantastic Marie Forleo Interview with Seth Godin I watched on Youtube, how half my face swelled up for three days after a trip to the dentist and how I didn’t do any triathlon training because of that.

Before I get in to all the details, I think I owe you an introduction, don’t I? After all, why would you have coffee with someone you barely know? I hope getting to know me a little better would make you want to come over again next week for a another cup of coffee.

Here we go…

  • I’m a millennial and thus, think like one and shop like one too haha.
  • Born and bred in the tropical paradise of Sri Lanka
  • Self-proclaimed Ex-New Yorker
  • Currently living among the corn fields in the US. Not really, but kinda.
  • Avid Meditator and ambassador for mindful living
  • Certified hypnotist with 5+ years experience
  • Multi passionate entrepreneur with educational background in psychology, hypnotherapy, business, fashion merchandising & retail management
  • Fashion Merchant by profession
  • Marathon runner & triathlon enthusiast. Yet to do a triathlon race but training hard.
  • Strong believer in holistic lifestyle. Mind, body, soul balance all the way
  • Striving for non-egoic existence #zenlife

That’s me in a nutshell.

Now don’t leave me hanging! Introductions are more fun when there is two-way communication. Leave a comment, say hi and tell me something about you!

Hope to see you again next week for more #WeekendCoffeeShare

  1. Marie Forleo is indeed a genius. Glad you encountered her. I am a beginner senior citizen from Tucson with interests in art, literature, and hedonism, not necessarily in that order. Welcome to the coffee clatch.

  2. Welcome Nori, Thanks for the introduction. I am a senior citizen and live on the west coast. I have seen many things in my lifetime and the electronic agecis hard on me. Have a pleasant week.

    1. Hi Betty! Thank you so very much for commenting and introducing yourself. The thing with the electronic age is that most people read/consume and move on. Interaction is low or backed by an ulterior motive to promote. I’m so glad this community is the opposite. So happy to connect with you! 🙂

    1. Hi Corina! Oregon is such a beautiful place with its natural beauty. I have never been but it’s on my list of places to visit someday. Thank you so much for leaving a comment and introducing yourself. Looking forward to connecting more over the coming weekend coffee shares 🙂

  6. Hi, Nori! So glad to have a new person to meetup with. The people on this linkup are amazing and fascinating people. You sound like you’re going to fit right in. I’m a single mom of two teenage boys. We live in Indianapolis. I love to take walks, hike, hang out with friends, travel anytime I’m able and am a Christian writer that focuses on life in general but abuse (to the point that there is hope and always a way out) and suicide (my husband’s) often.

I’m looking forward to getting to know you more.
